This informational website has been created to bring forth a brief overview of your benefit choices as well as offer you a reference guide when questions arise regarding your insurance plans.

Important Information for 2012/2013
- The plan year for Gunter ISD is September 1, 2012 – August 31, 2013.

- This year you will have the option to enroll in your benefits online. Click here to view enrollment instructions.
- Login: Your social security number (#########)
- PIN: Last four of your social security number and the last two of the year you were
born (######) - The annual maximum for Medical Reimbursement is $2,500 ($208.33 per month). Due to the Health Care Reform Act of 2010, the annual maximum has been reduced to $2,500. Everyone MUST re-enroll in this benefit.
- Starting January 1st, 2011, all Over-the-Counter items eligible for reimbursement must be accompanied by a doctor’s prescription and reimbursement request claim form. OCT Claims may no longer be purchased using the FFA Benefits Debit Card. Click Here for more information regarding this change.
- The annual maximum for Dependent Care Reimbursement is $5,000 ($416.66 per month).
