This informational website has been created to bring forth a brief overview of your benefit choices as well as offer you a reference guide when questions arise regarding your insurance plans.

Important Information
Open enrollment for the 2012/2013 Plan Year for Supplemental Benefits
- Open Enrollment for the 2012/2013 Plan Year is scheduled for May 14th – May 25th. Click here to see when First Financial will be at your campus.

The Plan Year for CISD is September 1, 2012 – August 31, 2013.

The Annual Maximum for Medical Reimbursement is $2,500. Due to the Health Care Reform Act of 2010, the annual maximum has been reduced to $2,500. All participants MUST re-enroll in this benefit.

The Annual Maximum for Dependent Care Reimbursement is $5,000.

Dental and vision participants will have a slight premium increase.

Assurant will be the new Group Term Life Provider. You must reenroll to continue coverage for the 2012/2013 Plan Year.

Employees currently participating in a Flexible Spending Account must reenroll in the plan for the 2012/2013 Plan Year
- Starting January 1st, 2011, all Over-the-Counter items eligible for reimbursement must be accompanied by a doctor’s prescription and reimbursement request claim form. OTC Claims may no longer be purchased using the FFA Benefits Debit Card. Click Here for more information regarding this change.

The annual maximum contribution amount for 403(b)’s for 2012 is $17,000. All CISD employees are eligible to participate in and make contributions to a 403b. Contact your 403(b) Account Representative or contact First Financial’s Retirement Services Department with questions regarding your account or how to setup an account.
