• Flexible elimination periods

• $50 doctor bill/$100 accident benefit
• Pre-existing conditions are limited to a one-month benefit per year for claims submitted during the first 2 years of coverage

Existing Unum participants must enroll in the new American Fidelity Disability plan in order to continue to have this benefit for the 2009/2010 school year.
